DEVICE NOT WORKING

I have taken the GPS PRO device form WheelsEye comapany through WheelsEye sales executive near to me taken on 01/10/26 .then 01/10/26 night around 9pm the device is not working , rasied the ticket through the sales executive and the company sended the technician after 5days and the problem (TAKEN TIME 3 HOURS). and now the problem is agin repeated on 24/10/26 around 9pm and i raised the ticket. the company tells in message the technician will send by 26/10/26 around 8am-11am, the time is now 5.40 pm no one should come to the vehicle and i asked sales executive they said call to coustmer care and i called around 3-4 time they picked and tells it will complete by 26/10/26 time 2pm .and the problem was not sloved ,no one should come to vehicle. and i called again and again around 3-4 times the picking the call and asking details and kept call on hold.hence the problem not sloved and team also not responding
