I have buyer a chair from wakefit on 11 oct and they have delivered chair on 23 rd October which is a defective product and when I have asked store for return and refund they are saying to wait until nov 20 where I have a urgent need of chair while I’m suffering from back and neck pain while doing work from home so please take a action on them
