Non-delivery of order #62034 and lack of customer support by Vytron

On September 25, 2026, I placed an online prepaid order (Order #62034) on the Vytron website for "Vytron Airdopes True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds" worth ₹299.00. ​Although I received an SMS notification powered by Shiprocket confirming the order placement, I have neither received any email confirmation with tax invoice details nor received valid courier tracking/dispatch updates. ​Despite sending email complaints to the merchant's support address requesting tracking information or dispatch updates, the company has failed to respond or dispatch the product. ​Relief Sought: I request the consumer forum to direct the merchant (Vytron) to either immediately dispatch the order with valid shipment tracking details or issue a full refund of ₹299.00 to my original payment method, along with appropriate resolution for deficiency in service.
