This company has not refunded my money. I declined their service and emailed them for a refund, but they are not responding.

This company has not refunded my money. I declined to take their service and clearly informed them that I did not want to proceed. I also sent them an email requesting a refund of the amount I had paid. However, despite my repeated efforts, the company has not processed my refund and has not provided any proper response or clarification regarding the status of my request. I have been waiting for a response, but they are continuously ignoring my emails and have not taken any action. I request the company to kindly look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Since I had already denied the service before using it, I believe I am entitled to receive a refund.
