Telegram fraudster

I trusted Vishv Book Publication and sent them Rs. 2499 on the promise that they would give me work. However, they did not provide any work and instead cheated me by taking my money. After taking this amount, they asked me to pay another Rs. 2000, saying that I would then receive Rs. 16500 in advance for handwriting work. I believed their promises and made the payment of Rs. 2499 in good faith, expecting genuine work in return. Instead, I feel I have been defrauded, as no work was given and they kept demanding more money with promises of a bigger payment. I request that my money of Rs. 2499 be refunded and that strict action be taken against Vishv Book Publication for cheating me under the false promise of providing work.
