I saw an add on insta and then apply for it on WhatsApp we chat and he demanded for money by giving different different reasons then i paid him money on 4 different accounts through scanner i have transaction details too and i talked with him on telegram also and he is responding me but not giving the money i gave him 28,495 rupees on the name of registration fee gst charges nd whatever else basically the work is of writing projects and he said for instant payment but he didn't gave
