It was a instagram account that showed me you can recover a instagram account so i told him first he said it will take 600 when i completed the payment he said now have to pay 1999.32 to further process i send that also now he is saying you only send 1999 so you sid the wrong payment now i can’t do anything i literally borrowed the money and gave him but he scammed me
