Refund not provided

I ordered two shirts from Urbano, which were delivered on 22 July 2026. I returned one of the shirts on 5 August 2026 and opted for a replacement by selecting another shirt. However, even after more than two months, I have neither received the replacement shirt nor received any refund or proper update regarding the status of my request. Despite waiting for a considerable period, the company has failed to resolve my issue or provide any satisfactory response. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and direct the company to provide my selected replacement shirt or issue a full refund at the earliest.
