The partner came nd took my tv for repair and he bought other next day and he did not keep it on tv unit properly and it fallen once he went nd tv broked nd when I contacted urban company they told refund initiated nd now today they say we will not do as they told they did I sold that broken tv for 2000 in scrap shop too now they they need that tv or they will not refund
