Refund amount not received yet and it's been 10-20 days

I purchased a product from Untitled Clothing. I had requested a refund for this order, but I have not yet received the refund amount even though it has now been 10 to 20 days since the request. I have been waiting for the refund to be processed, but there has been no update or payment from the company's side so far. I request that Untitled Clothing process and credit my refund amount to me at the earliest without any further delay.
