Mene 250 rs ka purchase kiya tha par mera scam ho gaya

I purchased a product online. However, the seller has neither delivered the product to me nor refunded the money I paid for it. Despite my payment, I have not received the product, and my requests for a refund have not been honoured. This appears to be a case of fraud, as I have been left without the product and without my money. I request that the concerned platform or authority look into this matter and ensure that I either receive the product I paid for or get a full refund of the amount paid, along with appropriate action against the seller for this fraudulent conduct.
