Complaint Details
I noticed fraudulent activity on my bank account, where money was deducted through unfair means without my authorization. In total, about 7 unauthorized transactions took place, amounting to approximately Rs. 2500. When I raised this issue to seek a refund for the fraudulent transactions, my request was denied. I request a full refund of the amount deducted through these unauthorized transactions and request that the matter be investigated to prevent such fraud in the future.
