Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report that a transaction was made on 20/10/2026 at 3:48 AM, but the amount has neither been credited to the beneficiary's account nor refunded to my account. I kindly request you to investigate this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please arrange for the amount to be credited to the beneficiary's account or refunded to my account.
