They destroyed my clothes and shoe completely and refusing to pay for the damages and they are refusing to give me my money deposited with them back

I gave them my laundry on 18nth of july which was 24 clothes including a ladies kurta for dry cleaning which they completely destroyed and now they are not willing to pay for the damages. The receptionist started shouting at us and told us that it was our mistake that we should’ve checked earlier. They also destroyed our shoes and we did not even asked them for a refund then but now they have damged a lot of products so we want to claim the damages this time. We called them but they were very rude and tried to pin it on us. They also have a deposit of 1852 rs with them which they are refusing to pay.
