fraude loan fake patta created

I had a plot bearing number 3688 registered in my name. I have come to know that a loan was taken from Truehome Finance company by a person named Simmapentamma, using my plot number 3688 without my knowledge or consent. This has been done fraudulently, as I never applied for or authorised any loan against my plot. Because of this, an FIR has been filed in my name in this matter, even though I am not the person who took the loan. I request that this fraudulent loan taken using my plot number be investigated and cancelled, my name and property be cleared of any liability connected to this loan, and appropriate action be taken against those responsible for misusing my plot details to obtain this loan.
