Regarding Request of Full Payment Refund From M/s Travel pocket Exploration pvt Lim After cancellation of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra

I am one of the pilgrims who had opted for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from this tour agency founder of this Mr, Ravindra Solanki, and for this yatra the scheduled arrival in Kathmandu on 31 August 2026. I paid a total amount of ₹78,611.40 towards the yatra,11550 first installment as registration fees dated 12 may 2026 and remaining 67061.40 rs dated 12 august 2026 . Unfortunately, due to the unfortunate situation that occurred in Nepal, the yatra was cancelled. We were subsequently informed that the amount would be refunded after cancellation, subject to a deduction of ₹35,000 per pilgrim towards visa and permit expenses. I have already raised this concern several times through WhatsApp, as I believe that a deduction of ₹35,000 from each pilgrim is excessively high and requires proper justification. It is also my understanding that the visa and permit arrangements were made for the group and not individually for each pilgrim. Despite requesting several times, I have not yet been provided with any official receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, or other documentary proof supporting the claimed expenditure of ₹35,000 per pilgrim. Therefore, I respectfully request you to: Provide a complete and transparent breakup of the ₹35,000 deduction, including the actual amount paid towards visa, permits, and any other non-refundable charges. Provide supporting documents/receipts/invoices from the relevant authorities or service providers establishing the actual expenditure. Reconsider and revise the deduction amount based on the actual expenses incurred rather than applying a flat deduction of ₹35,000 per pilgrim. Provide the final refund calculation showing the total amount paid by me, the deductions made, the basis for each deduction, and the net refund payable. Considering that approximately 40 pilgrims were part of the group, a deduction of ₹35,000 per person represents a substantial amount. Therefore, applying such a deduction without providing documentary evidence or a transparent calculation is a matter of serious concern. I am not disputing genuine, non-refundable expenses actually incurred by TravelPocket. However, I believe that any deduction from the pilgrims' refund should be reasonable, transparent, and supported by proper documentation. I therefore request you to kindly review the matter and provide the support to for full refund of 78611.40 Rs from the M/s TravelPocket Exploration private limited .
