Demand for Refund of ₹65,000 – Deficiency in Service and Failure to Process Refund

I paid ₹65,000 to Toothsi on 4 September 2026 for dental treatment. However, my treatment did not start as expected. I requested cancellation and a refund, but my refund has not been processed despite waiting and contacting the company. This has caused me financial inconvenience and disappointment. I request the Consumer Commission to direct Toothsi to refund my ₹65,000 and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused.
