I bought a LED TV from the company on 18th July 2026, the company haven't installed and now the TV isn't working they are not providing service or replacement.

Product Details: - TV Model: Thomson 43-inch TV - IMEI/Serial No.: TH43FQAI109520260 / 701366GTV5.0 - Purchase Price: ₹17,481 - Purchase Date: 16/07/2026 - Invoice Date: 18/07/2026 - Delivery Date: 20/07/2026 Chronology of the issue: 1. The TV was delivered on 20/07/2026. 2. Installation was scheduled for 23/07/2026, but the installation was subsequently cancelled. 3. I contacted Thomson regarding the pending installation and faced considerable delay and an unsatisfactory response from the service team. 4. Despite the installation/service issue remaining unresolved, the TV later developed a serious display/picture failure while I was watching it. The screen started showing lines instead of a proper picture. 5. I immediately recorded a video of the problem as evidence and contacted Thomson for resolution. 6. I specifically requested a replacement, considering the repeated service issues and the fact that the product developed a major defect shortly after purchase. 7. After further correspondence, Thomson informed me that the complaint was under process for a technician visit. The current Case ID is UP[protected]. However, despite the assurances, I have not received a technician visit/call or a satisfactory resolution so far. 9. I have also escalated the matter through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) due to the continued delay and lack of effective resolution. I am currently awaiting the NCH complaint/reference number.
