Complaint Details
Initially i recieved the dress it was not in good condition. Then I asked for a replacement urgently as I required the dress for an important event, when I got the new dress I asked for a return the return was initiated manually by the agent I was directly in contact with. She asked me to inform her whenever the refund will be done. I did the following and after that she ghosted me. Now I have tried multiple times to reach out but they always ghost me without a satisfactory answer and now I have returned both the dresses and I still haven't received my refund
