I had ordered an iPhone 17 Pro through the OLX app on EMI from this mobile shop. The shop told me that my EMI would be processed for Rs 6,000, so I paid Rs 6,000 to them. After this, they said the EMI would only be done for Rs 10,000, so I paid an additional Rs 4,000. Then they again changed their statement and said the EMI could not be done for Rs 10,000 and demanded Rs 28,500 more from me. At this point I told them I did not want to continue with the order and asked for my money to be refunded. However, they refused and said no refund would be given to me. I have already paid a total of Rs 10,000 towards this order, and the shop is repeatedly changing the terms and refusing to return my money. I request that my full payment of Rs 10,000 be refunded to me immediately, and that action be taken against this shop for cheating me by continuously changing the EMI terms and refusing a refund.
