I ordered a suit from the jaipur kurti through instagram page but i received defective product so placed a return request and informed the owner of the page via whatapp they said they will approve my return request but then they denied by stating that our delivery partner unable to pickup the product from your location. You can send it by post but when i said that it is there responsibility to pock the product as it is in your terms and conditions then they stopped responding me.
