Complaint Details
I travelled by TGSRTC Rajadhani bus from Nizamabad to JBS on 25 October 2026 (ticket fare ₹460). At Kanteswar Bypass, the driver informed us that the AC was not working and another bus would be arranged. Due to time constraints and my scheduled flight, I had to arrange alternative transport at my own expense. I request you to kindly consider refunding my ticket fare of ₹460 as per applicable rules.
