Television Care/TV Service/Zenix Television Care, Pothencode, Trivandrum, repired my Sony 32'' in TV, they changed the display but not working

I have visited Television Care/TV Service/Zenix Television Care, Pothencode, Trivandrum, in order to inspect the display of my Sony 33-inch TV on 03/08/2026. They inspected and changed the display at a cost of Rs. 10500/-, the power unit at Rs. 2500/-, the remote at Rs. 250/-, and the service charge at Rs. 350/-, for a total of Rs. 13600/- charged. He offered a one-year warranty for the display and gave a bill, which is not a GST bill (a local bill). After two days the TV was showing a lot of grains, and we couldn't see the pictures. The TV was returned to the shop 2 to 3 times to rectify the complaint. But he refused to rectify the complaint and rejected the claim for the warranty/guarantee. I requested to return my money (the cost I have incurred); he refused it and showered bad words and finally said, "You go to the court for compensation." That is why I am filing this complaint for the loss of my money and compensation for my time and expenses that were incurred for travelling from Attingal to Pothencode via car and Auto Rikshaw.
