I am writing to complain about fraud and harassment I have faced through Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I have been contacted and troubled by a person/account using the mobile number [protected], and this has involved cheating and harassment on these platforms. I am reporting this matter as I have been a victim of this fraudulent activity and the harassment that followed on these apps. I request that appropriate action be taken against the person/account using the number [protected] for the fraud and harassment caused to me, and that this matter be investigated so that such activity is stopped.
