I ordered two shampoos from their site and the order got cancelled from their side, they said if paid through upi I'll get my refund in 14-15 business days, it's been a month and I haven't gotten any refund. I've tried to reach them through mail and even their instagram dm, they said they have initiated the refund and I'll get it in 5-7 days, still no refund.
