Harassment and cheated by Tanishq

I am senior citizen , I have been humiliated and cheated by the entire staff of Tanishq. I went to take my jewellery from Tanishq store on 24th Sep, while settlement of the bill cashier said the refund is of 2k only. He billed and gave we 2k, I told the salesperson that this is incorrect there should be a refund of atleast 10k . So he checked the bill and said that the cashier hasn’t adjusted the discount so you would be having more refund. Cashier again took out the bill and total further 12k would be refunded to you, to which I agreed. I told them to give cash , they denied that it’s company policy we can’t give cash above 10k so we will do neft. So I gave bank account details over the mail through my son and left after wasting my 3 and a half hours over there. Later on late in the evening we got a call from store saying your refund is only 7k not 12k. To which me and my son feel cheated and harassed by the Tanishq store. They have changed there stance for the third time, if we they don’t know the billing process then they would be cheating numerous other clients as well . If they are incapable of handling the billing, they should be punished very strongly . We don’t know how many people would have become fool with there so called billing system. Would want the court to take strict action against the Tanishq brand, they have tarnished the image of Tata which stands for trust.
