Wrong Food Delivered – Serious Complaint and Refund Request

Dear sir, My name is Amit Kumar. I ordered a Paneer Pizza and a Choco Lava Cake vide order id [protected] dated 25 Oct 26, but I received what appears to be a Chicken Pizza instead of the Paneer Pizza I ordered. The Choco Lava Cake was also completely melted and looked like chocolate syrup. I belong to a Brahmin family, and consuming non-vegetarian food goes against my religious beliefs. Receiving what appears to be a chicken pizza instead of my specifically ordered vegetarian food has caused me serious distress and hurt my religious sentiments. I am attaching photographs of the received food as evidence. Please investigate this serious mistake and a full refund for my entire order in my original mode of payment. I don't want any Swiggy coupon or Swiggy money in my wallet.I want my money back in original mode of payment. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this complaint. Thank you.
