I have received spoiled food and got. Health issue

I placed an order via Swiggy on September 21, from Flavoristic Pastry and Cake Shop, Erode. My Order ID is ORDER #[protected] and the total order value is Rs. 1723. All items delivered were completely spoiled and not edible, which is a serious food safety violation. 1. Mousse, KitKat Cake, Tiramisu: The cream was fully melted, had a sour and spoiled smell, and the taste had turned sour and acidic. It appeared that items were not stored in a refrigerator. 2. Hot Chocolate: It was delivered completely cold instead of hot. The drink had separated and oil was floating on top. 3. Korean Cheese Bun and French Fries: Both items were soggy and had a very bad and pungent cheesy smell. I contacted Swiggy support. They have only refunded Rs. 400 as a partial refund, which is not acceptable as the entire food worth Rs. 1723 was wasted and not consumed at all. This is a deficiency in service and food safety negligence by Flavoristic Pastry and Cake Shop and Swiggy. I request a refund of the remaining balance amount of Rs. 1323 immediately. I have already received Rs. 400 as partial refund.
