Complaint Details
In my online food order 230 rupees worth of food was missing. When I enquired customer service, they shove 50 rupees voucher on my face and not willing to respond to my further queries. This is happening very often. This is a scam. When I tried explaining this to the executive, they moved the conversation to AI bot and answers are repeating the same thing over and over again. I want my money back and need proper resolution to avoid future inconveniences.
