Complaint Details
Items ordered were not delivered on time. And items that were delivered, they were all wrong. When asked for an entire refund, it was denied. A consumer as been duped under section Section 2(47)(viii) (Unfair Trade Practice), where refund was not initiated. Saloni Banwale has been co-ordinating and shown poor skills in giving a reasonable justification for not initiating the entire refund.
