Dear team, I'm Shubham Srivastava (Rahul) I'm very upset with The service of Instamart Swiggy. it is already confirmed that Delivery boy didn't found place of delivery and package is returned to sender but how you marked the package is delivered. one of your agent named Humera tell me that she's initiating refund but she didn't. I'm attaching some screenshots with this mail please justify This and kindly initiate the refund. Thanks and Regards Shubham Srivastava (Rahul)
