Order ID: [protected] Product: Amul Rajbhog Ice Cream Platform: Swiggy Instamart I have serious concerns regarding the authenticity and genuineness of the product supplied to me. Based on the appearance/packaging/quality and other observations, I suspect that the product may be spurious, duplicate or otherwise not a genuine Amul product. I therefore request the competent Food Safety Authority to kindly: Examine the product and its packaging, batch/lot details and FSSAI information. Verify the authenticity and source of the product. If considered necessary, collect the product/sample for laboratory examination. Investigate the concerned seller/retail outlet and the supply chain through which the product was supplied. Take appropriate action under the applicable food-safety laws if any violation is established. I have retained the product and its original packaging and can provide photographs, the Swiggy order/invoice and other supporting evidence. I request that this complaint be treated as a food-safety and suspected spurious-product complaint, and kindly provide me with the complaint/reference number for tracking.
