I have an account ending in 5580, and the amount is still showing as due. I made the payment on 11 September, but it has still not been credited to the account.

A payment of ₹2,067.66 towards my Standard Chartered credit card was made by me on 11 September 2026, using the account details provided by your customer care representative. However, the payment has still neither been credited to my credit card account nor reflected as cleared. The amount is still showing as outstanding on my credit card. Please either refund the amount of ₹2,067.66 to my account or adjust it against the outstanding amount and proceed with the closure of my credit card. I have requested the closure of this credit card, but it has still not been closed. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and confirm the status of my payment and credit card closure.
