Delayed Refund and Refusal of Service Since October 30

I placed an order on Snapdeal (Order ID: [protected]) and have been seeking a refund since October 30. Despite continuous follow-ups and numerous calls, customer support agents have been using deliberate delay tactics. Every time I contact them, they falsely claim a link will be sent to my inbox, which never arrives, and then arbitrarily ask me to wait another 48 hours. This constitutes a severe deficiency in service and refusal to process my legitimate refund. I request the immediate intervention of the consumer helpline to ensure my refund is processed without further delay.
