Non-refund of ₹10,000 security deposit after checkout

We (me and my husband)stayed at Sivani Living Orchid, Bengaluru, and checked out on 1 September 2026. At the time of checkout, the management informed us that our security deposit of ₹10,000 (5000/- each) would be refunded within 15 working days. After completion of the 15 working days, I contacted the management regarding my refund. Instead of processing the refund, they informed me that the refund would be made on 5 October 2026. Today, 5 October 2026, the promised refund has still not been received. Despite repeated follow-ups, the management has failed to return my ₹10,000 security deposit. I request that the concerned authority take appropriate action and direct Sivani Living Orchid to refund my full security deposit of ₹10,000, along with appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
