Complaint Details
I had approached Shubham Finserv Pvt Ltd for a loan. On the promise of giving me a loan, they took money from me multiple times. They also called me to Jaipur twice in this connection. It has been more than one year now, but I have not received the loan. Despite this, the company is still asking me for more money, even though they have not provided the promised loan so far. I request that my loan be processed immediately, or the money I have already paid to them be refunded. I also want them to stop demanding further payments from me without providing the loan.
