Fraud by Shri Chetanya Institute in online classes

Dear Team, I have purchased an online course infinity learn foundation grade 7 to 9 live full course for 2026-29 digital learning - B2C. In online counseling they had many false promise such like 6 days classes and every week 2 test conduct. Limited students will be in classes. But we found everything is opposite they had said. With in week I had tried to connect them but they haven't not any reachable contact number. I had sent mail to them for refund but not any satisfied answer received. Now classes are stoped and no schedule. Kindly look and help to close this and help in to get my refund amount.
