Wrong product delivered and seller is not replacing and not responding

I ordered HMD 110 4g but got delivered Nokia 110 4g from Shopyvision.com , It was not an open box delivery when i checked the package i discovered it's another phone when i connected to customer support it's only available on mail and they are responding very rarely, also they denied any replacement citing I have no proof, also the bill they gave me doesn't have imei or serial number of the product to trace the specifications of the sent product, I had ordered tht phone from them because it was not available anywhere else , it was very important for my study purpose.
