Complaint Details
I placed an order with Shoping Villey. However, instead of the product I ordered, I received a SIM card and a smart watch, which is not what I had ordered. Since the item delivered is wrong and different from what I paid for, I want to return this order. I request the company to accept the return of this wrong item and resolve this matter, as this appears to be a case of fraud and cheating on their part.
