Fraud

I had ordered a product worth Rs. 1300 through Cash on Delivery. I collected the parcel from the post office, but when I opened it, I found an old, used bed inside instead of the product I had ordered. I called the shop to complain about this wrong item being delivered. They told me they would replace the parcel, but they never did. They have also not given me a refund of the Rs. 1300 I paid. Later, they blocked my number so I could not contact them again. I request that the shop either replace the product with the correct item or refund my Rs. 1300 immediately.
