Complaint Details
I returned my SHEIN order, but my refund has still not been credited to my bank account despite repeated promises from customer support. The company has repeatedly extended the deadline but has failed to resolve the issue. I have already provided my bank details and contacted customer care several times. I request immediate intervention and the full refund of my money without any further delay. Please take appropriate action against the company and help me obtain my refund.
