Refund was generated & shows the refund was sent by 7th October 2026 but as per my SBI stetments, there's no such refund. The payment gateway was Cashfree.

Ordered a diecast from Scale arts India. At first the "Delhivery" guys didn't called me for a long time & kept me waiting for weeks. When I opted for self pickup from warehouse, the parcel was returned. It was "Shiprocket". I requested the seller to deliver it one last time, so it happened. On the final time the delivery partner (from "Kartrocket") did call me but for "1 second" & immediately ended the call around 8:50 pm. I called back prior & after to the number shown on "Delhivery" website for my delivery partner & not once he responded. FINE. This time I allowed the parcel to get returned. The seller "Scale Arts India" showed me the amount was refunded on 7th October 2026 but my SBI statements doesn't show any returns. Teh payment gateway was "Cashfree". I don't know whose fault it was, "Delhivery", "Cashfree" or "Scale Arts India" but at this point it's absolutely frustrating. Order was placed on 2nd September & I'm writing this on 27th October without receiving neither the refund or the product. Kindly help0
