Complaint Details
I purchased Samsung S23 Ultra in April 2024 from Tec Q Edapally, Kochi, Kerala. Now my mobile is showing problems and shown to authorised service centre of Samsung. The Technician giving vague reply stating that this is due to long usage and voltage fluctuation while mobile is kept for recharge. These two reasons are not at all correct. I want motherboard to be replaced on free of cost because I have used this mobile just two years. They are not ready to do the same.
