Complaint Details
I have ordered a lithium battery and BMS from rutronics website. They sent my courier from delhivery company and delivery company did not deliver me parcel and said to me that your parcel has been recent back to a merchant please contact your merchant and take your refund. I contact to merchant and said to refund my money he said okay I will refund your money. It's 10days over no money refund and not giving my call and not replying my messages.
