Complaint Details
I mistakenly transferred Rs. 6000 through UPI to the account of Rupan Sinha on 5th September 2026. The transaction ID is T[protected] and the UTR number is [protected]. My account is with ICICI Bank and the recipient's account is with Axis Bank. After realising the mistake, I obtained his phone number, [protected], and contacted him to request a refund of the wrongly sent amount. However, Rupan Sinha, who is based in West Bengal, has refused to return the money. I have not received any help in resolving this matter so far. I request that the wrongly transferred amount of Rs. 6000 be refunded to me at the earliest.
