Investment Refund

I had invested a total of Rs 11,00,000 with RRGM Consulting Services Private Limited in 2022, in two parts: Rs 6,00,000 paid on 7th May 2022 and Rs 5,00,000 paid on 23rd May 2022. I received a confirmation email on 7th July 2022 stating that the investment would carry 4% interest for one year, and that the full invested amount of Rs 11,00,000 would be refunded to my account after one year. I received around 90% of the promised interest for one year, but after that the company did not refund my principal amount of Rs 11,00,000 as agreed. It has now been about four and a half years since my investment, and I still have not received my money back. The company keeps sending emails and messages saying the refund will be processed "today" or "tomorrow", but no actual payment has been made and there has been no proper or clear communication from them regarding the delay. I am filing this complaint to demand that RRGM Consulting Services Private Limited refund my full invested amount of Rs 11,00,000 immediately, along with the interest due as per their original commitment, and provide clear communication on the status of my refund.
