Complaint Details
I placed an online order for a Dial Gold Case Silicon Strap Stylish Watch for Men, Order No. TEC16054, for ₹1,299 on Cash on Delivery. However, I received a different watch from the product I ordered, and the watch received is also defective as the dial button/crown is broken. The shipment label identifies the sender as RR Enterprise and the shipment was delivered through Blue Dart. The AWB number is [protected]. I have contacted the seller through email requesting a replacement or full refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I request appropriate assistance in obtaining a full refund of ₹1,299 and investigating the seller and transaction. I have photographs of the received product, packaging, shipping label and order confirmation as evidence.
