I visited the hookah cafe Royal Soulmate, where I was charged Rs. 80 for a half litre water bottle that has an MRP of Rs. 10. When I pointed this out, the staff argued with me instead of correcting the overcharge. I raised the issue with the cafe at the time, but they did not agree to refund the excess amount charged and continued to argue instead of resolving the matter. I request a refund of the excess amount charged over the MRP of the water bottle, and request that action be taken against the cafe for overcharging customers.
