I had booked a Royal Enfield bike at the Royal Enfield showroom in Bandra and paid an amount of Rs. 5000 as booking amount. Later, the showroom got transferred/relocated to a different location in Bandra. Since then, it has been more than a year, but the showroom has not processed my refund of Rs. 5000 I have been following up with them regarding this refund, but there has been no resolution, and my refund is still pending despite the long delay. I request that my refund of Rs. 5000 be processed immediately.
