Doesn’t receive refund amount

I purchased a product from RedTape under Order/Reference ID #RTL1039205. I have not received my refund despite waiting for the refund process to be completed. The company has failed to resolve my issue satisfactorily. I request the concerned authority to direct RedTape to process my pending refund at the earliest and take appropriate action for deficiency in service and inconvenience caused to me.
